Q: Who are Real estate investors ?

Q: How fast do i get paid for my house?
A: You will get paid after all paper work is done at a local Title company. All details will be on the purchase agreement. And yes you will get paid in full ! Timeline depends on the information you have provided. No transfers of deed, no sales , no ” on the spot ” prices, ” no “under the table” deals. Everything is done with a Real estate attorney or title company.

Q: How do you determine the price to offer on my house?

Q: Who will see my House information ?
A: Only E-Z House buyers will be able to see any information sent to us. Our process is private, safe and to the point. Any inspections will be done by E-Z House Offers.
Q: Is there any commitment when I provide my information?
A: There is no commitment and there is No obligation to accept our offer. Nothing is legally binding until both parties have reached an agreement and it is on paper. ALL paperwork is submitted to a Title company/Attorney.
Q: You said “No Listings , No Showings ” . So who will inspect my house ?
A: We will conduct our own due diligence on the property. If the property is under high distress, we will hire a 3rd party inspection payed for by E-Z House Offers.
